TURKEY in the NEW CENTURY consists of İsmail Cems articles, speeches, letters which were originally produced in English and French; published in the international press and adressed to foreign audiences. The only exception is an introductory chapter, A New Approach to Foreign Policy which was added to this revised edition. The first edition was published in December 2000 .
